Solid wood is natural breathing material. Dust surface regularly. Avoid direct exposure to sun light or sources of heating. Protect surfaces from wet or hot. Water should be avoided as mush as possible with wood objects. Do not soak or submerge boards and trays. Do not put them in dishwasher. Serving boards can be washed with soap in warm water and dried immediately.
