The calculation is carried out in the national currency of Ukraine - hryvnia.

 

For goods made to order, the upfront payment is 50% of the cost of the order and is made after the agreement on all the details of the order. The final settlement is made upon receipt of the goods at the carrier's office or by another agreed upon method.

In the case of ordering goods that are in stock on the website, payment is made using the Fondy payment system or by transfer to a Privat Bank card upon prior agreement with the manager.

Delivery of orders is carried out by the carrier Nova Poshta (or another agreed delivery service) to the carrier's office or to the door by the carrier's courier.

  

International delivery:

For international shipments we use proven freight forwarders such as "Ukrposhta", or other currier agreed upon.

Estimated delivery time:

*1-7 business days in Ukraine

*7-14 business days in Europe

*14-21 business days in US,Canada,Australia.

Our prices don't include shipping costs. They will be added to your order during checkout.

Return conditions: all custom-made furniture cannot be returned, with the exception of accessories and decor items from our store within 14 days with a payment receipt.
